Cancer and Exercise

October 5th 2026 @ 5:30 pm

Join Jara Soost, LAT, ATC, athletic trainer, and Chris Clouston, DPT, together to share expertise on Cancer and Exercise. Meet in the Rec Center lobby, and then we walk! Your body is built to move even through cancer. Exercise can be an important part of cancer care and recovery. Whether you are currently undergoing treatment or have completed treatment, appropriately prescribed movement can help you feel stronger and more like yourself. It's about meeting your body where it is today and helping it safely move toward where you want to be. You don't have to wait until treatment is over.
