Wyoming Supreme Court Commemorates the Nations 250th Anniversary: Oral Argument

In 2025–2026, the Wyoming Supreme Court will host four oral argument sessions in the iconic  historic Supreme Court at the Wyoming State Capitol to mark the United States’ upcoming 250th anniversary. These sessions highlight the importance of the rule of law and an independent judiciary to Wyoming and the nation. Open to the public, attendees will watch dynamic, interactive arguments exploring legal issues that come before the court.

Significance

  • Rule of Law: The Wyoming Supreme Court ensures justice by  resolving disputes, interpreting the law and protecting constitutional principles.
